How long can I keep the waste container? We have an initial two week rental period that comes included with every dumpster that you rent from us. This begins from the time we place that dumpster onsite and not when you place your initial order. You are going to have a full two weeks with every dumpster that you rent from us. If you are going to need longer with the dumpster, that is no problem. We can extend your rental out as long as you are going to need, and you don’t even need to tell us that’s what you’re doing. We have a flat-rate pricing plan of ten dollars a day for every day after the first fourteen. This kicks in automatically after those initial two weeks have ended.
What should I do to schedule waste removal? When you are finished with the dumpster, all you have to do is call us back. We can send a driver out to make pickup at that point. Just make sure that you call us and not the number on the side of the dumpster. And please be finished with the waste container before calling and scheduling waste removal. Our drivers cannot wait around while you continue to fill the dumpster with refuse. They would leave and you would then need to reschedule for a later date, this would also result in a trip fee being assessed to your account.
